To return a product, follow these steps:

1. Fill in the return request form on our Returns Page.

2. One of our team will review the request and respond.

3. You will be sent a return acknowledgement letter.

4. Print off this return acknowledgement letter and include it in the packaging in which you are placing the item(s) to be returned.

We make the process as simple as possible and you can return your order for up to 30 days from the day you received delivery. The return postage will be covered for all UK Mainland delivery postcodes, as part of our Money-Back Guarantee.
